Thalia Castillo, owner and founder of Rouge Powder Room has been in the Los Angeles beauty industry for well over 10 years. At the age of 8, she watched her mother become an amazing hairdresser and followed in her footsteps. She waisted no time and became a licensed hairdresser at the age of 18. With so much experience under her belt working for different hair salons, makeup brands, film/tv industry, editorials, and weddings. She has specialized in many areas such as Brow Shaping, Lash Extensions, Hair Styling and Make-Up. She has had the pleasure to be able to work with a range of cliental, as well as household celebrity names.

    After years of working in the beauty industry. In 2016, she took a leap of faith and decided to start a business of her very own. Inspired by her love of vintage beauty, she decided to name her business Rouge Powder Room, reminiscent of golden age glamour. Rouge Power Room is a place for both women and men to feel great in their own skin.
